got a master switch from a salvage yard on the way home checked.not it, wires going from master through door all messed up from opening and closing door for 287000 miles of driving some broke and some ready to break any tips for replacing the whole thing

Is there enough room in there to just splice wires?

tight and lots of problems and future problems dealer says not available

I would run your wires through the door, cut one wire at a time, splice the wire (solder and heat shrink it) pull the other end of the original wire through the boot and then splice it on the inside of the cab behind your kick panel.
