Explain a little more... What both go one way? From the ballast to bulb, or power to ballast?
The last kit I bought had different sized connections so it was easy to see what went to what.

UPDATE!!!!!

Alright so I figured it out but now I have to cycle the lights twice before they will stay on. If I just turn them on either one will shutdown and I have to turn them off once or twice then they stay on. Maybe I did something wrong but everything looks good and it has good power straight off the battery. Has anyone else had this problem?

Are they cheap ones? I had some cheap ones before and just ditched em. Kept blowing ballasts.

No I paid $300 for them real nice set up. I got them from a vendor on the site so I know I didn't get hosed.
