steering binding

I was told it just the extra weight/traction of the new tires on the ground. I was also told that if I flush out my steering fluid, and put synthetic fluid in and it would feel like you have twice the power steering. Anyone here of this synthetic swap, I was thinking about doing it.

Also, I do know and have tried out recently....if your foot is on the brake, you cant steer. Especially if your pushing down pretty good. The more you push on the brake, the less you can steer. Check for that while your making slow turns in and out of parking spots and what not. See if thats what the problem is
