Has it been raining a lot where you are? There's an issue, where the lower corners of the windshield leaks into the cab. On the drivers side it drips into the GEM module (on the backside of the fusebox) and will make all sorts of stuff go "crazy"

Have a look up there for evidence of water getting in...

I have had the same issue. It was killing my batteries. What I found was 2 issues. The Ignition was worn so I turn the key backwards after shutting the truck off then turn it to the off position to get the key out. I also found Safelite in there infinate wisdom cut my broken winshield out years ago and never primed the scratch the knife left. It caused rust and the paint to bubble under the window seal. That caused water to leak in and do all sorts of crazy things. I took a wire wheel and cleaned it out the best I could and applied rust converter and a sealer. My issues are currently gone.

I figured once my truck hit 500K I would get a body shop to fix it right for it's birthday. They want $850 to $1850 depending on if it needs a new roof skin.
