2001 Tail Light Removal?

Left rear turn signal out, found the 2 screws when drop the tailgate, but apparently there is something else holding it, where and how do i remove, thanks guys? my city is great for getting pulled over for such an issue, give em cause to see if they can find anything else, much less just harass ya.

There are a couple of little something or nothers that pop into some holes and keep it from falling out. Just tug on it a little and they should come free. It is like a little clip but not a clip. This is confusing huh...

i found if you pull towards the tail gate some it will pop, but like everyone else said just pull

there are two screws that are on the inside of the tailgate area -- take those out then start tugging -- there are two "pins" that go thru holes to align the taillight and also some "nubs" that pop into a rubber hole to hold it on without screwing it in.

just pull with a constant pressure and it will come on out, just don't tug it in bursts or you may break something.
