Looking for help: Tag Lights not wired!

So driving down the road and get pulled over for damn tag lights. Lucky my military id got me out of the ticket the policeman said he was going to give me. I went to look under the truck this morning and the wires are not even hooked up to anything, help me out guys! I'm wire diagram retarded, so lets try to keep this strictly simple jack style.

These are the 2 wires from the bulbs


The two wires are in the top right-ish corner of the pictures

Anybody? went to a 3 shops today to see if they could help me with a simple fix but they want an average of about 100$ since they think it will take about an hour to do.... really don't wanna spend 100$ for 2 little lights...
