speedo/odo stopped working, gauge ill. not working

Ok so today i picked up a wood floor for my uncle. The gauges were working fine on the way down to get it, soon as we loaded up i started the truck and started to roll and noticed that my speedo and odometer wern't working. When we finished up i took a look at the fuses, and saw that number 8 which is the 25amp was blown, i replaced it and it seems to be working again, i got odometer and speedo back.

Illumination is not working tho. I have checked the fuse that says gauge illumination and it dosn't appear to be blown. I have my gauges hooked up to the illumination circuit, but they've been that way since 2 months ago when i put them in and there was no problems till today. Anyone have anything similar happen?
