'01 F-250 the remote makes the door locks want to actuate, but the power to them is to weak for the plunger to fully actuate - locking or unlocking. Battery voltage is okay.

you can remove the actuator split it open and there is a resistor that you can solder a wire across to give full voltage to motor. sorry i dont have pics but it is pretty self explainatory when you get it apart
