00 f350 low beam no working

i have change to light twice pulled the connecter off and clean it it will work on high beam but not low beam. its the driver side i dunno what else to do to fix it.

My uncle's 00 F350 has the same problem. The low beams keep blowing. He just drives his truck with the hi beams on. With is 8" lift the beam basically goes over the other cars, so he doesn't have to worry about that.

I would look for chafed wires. Could also be a bad plug. Are they not working at all or are they blowing bulbs.
