Rain water leaking in cab

Everytime it rains my passenger floor fills up with water. I laid under the dash while someone sprayed the hose on it and it appears to be coming from the heater box/vent area. I checked under the hood and can't seem to locate the problem. Any ideas or experience?

Thanks

More than likely it is the windshield itself leaking.

Check under the windshield cowl for blocked cowl drain, usually fills up with leaves and dirt but easily cleaned with an air line or welding wire
