drivers door/ '96 f250

drivers door with electric locks and windows wont open from outside or in. inside handle is broken. cannot seem to remove panel all the way until we can get the door open. pulling inside cable does not work, becuase it seems lock is still engaged and won't disengage. How can i get the door open, and then fix the problem with the locking part
