Rear window leak

My 1999 F250 Xlt has a slider rear window. It has been opened maybe 2 times. Yesterday it was covered with heavy dew. The dew run off the back when I drove it and somewhere it leaked. I looks like the seals have shrunken at the corners. Is there a way to replace these or do I have to replace the whole damn window. Need to get it taken care of quick!

I don't want to seal it up permanent as who knows if I will want to use it in the future.
