Jason Crawford - who owns Vegistroke DFA has logged over 100k miles on the same engine with vegi and no issues.

Sciulli- trying to answer your initial question, it really is half dozen of one, and 6 of another. Cost and setup for comparable quality units are about the same. BIO reactor, or WVO system. As it is right now, most Bio reacotrs are still kind of complicated, and easy to mess up on, especially the wash process. But same goes for WVO, again if not careful you can get bad oil, Right Clay??? So if you go through vehicles regularly, then it makes sense to go Bio, modify the fuel, not the rig. If have one or two vehicles, then it is easier to modify the vehicle once, and be done with it. And regardless of how automated the reactor is, you still need to have large amounts of methanol and Lye around. I don't want a 55 gallon drum of lye around my kids. And I don't happen to have a chemical storage locker at home. And another negative, IMO, about Bio is even after you buy the wizbang Bio Beast 2000, it still has a steady supplies cost. With WVO, once you are setup, all you do is replace a filter from time to time.

On the engine wear part, when done correctly, I have not noticed any adverse effects on the engine, or engine wear. I do blackstone oil reports to closely monitor the condition of the engine, and have received flawless reports from others doing the same thing.

That's not really a fair question. That's almost like asking "Aren't you a crack dealer?" but not knowing I'm an undercover federal agent trying to bust a ring. Basically, that's not all the facts. He toasted his injectors from contaminated oil. Oil that was confirmed to have lye in it, and when the injectors were inspected, they were etched from a corrosive. Thing is, the shop that inspected the injectors said they usually see that from bad Bio, not WVO. And on the warranty, Don't forget, Clay had his performance programmer also, which Ford has been known to immediately void the engine warranty for that alone many many times. No Bio or WVO involved. So to say he lost his warranty and toasted his motor from WVo is'nt quite accurate. This is one of those items that has a "gray area"
