Kinda sounds like a cool and different idea. Never thought of pond scum as a fuel source.

Pond Scum Huh? I can already see it- "Pardon me sir, but would have any pond scum?"Ok, so much for the weak joke. I do know there have been a lot of studies done on using Algae as a high yield source for Biodiesel. Even genetically engineeered stuff. Who knows, may not be long before swamp land becomes valuable.
