My injectors and bio
Last weekend, Marty came down to my home and we installed my new single shot injectors from DIY, new turbo, and new modded hpop. I called Jim at Rosewood Diesel and talked with him about my bio and my cores. While on the phone, he asked me to look at 1 of my stock injectors and tell him how the exterior finish looked between the bottom orings. I told him it was a shiny stainless look, not dull and etched. That was good he said. I asked him to get back to me and tell me what he found once he tore into my injectors. I was curious(along with him) how the internal would look after 7-8k miles of my home brew bio running 100%. This is what he sent me in an email:
Shane, Your cores appear to be in great shape. Slight aroma in the fuel end, but not the nasty bio smell I usually find. Otherwise they look like a normal AD set. Hope the Single Shots are working out for you. Thank you, Jim Rose Rosewood Diesel Shop That makes me feel pretty good about the quality of my bio.
