any chance the gas would settle out of you let it set? Never tryed that before but if it did, you could just pump off the top and leave the gas there.

I would look on this site for the threads related to blending with RUG (Regular Unleaded Gasoline). I make Bio Diesel rather than blend, but those folks should be able to tell you what proportions are acceptable to use as fuel.

my blend ratio was 10:1 regarding wvo/rug, plus other ingredients.

Maybe you can help CajunDave salvage his oil then.

40gal WVO, 4gal RUG, 32 oz PowerService, 1gt Marvel Mystery Oil, 1qt Stoddard Solvent or mineral spirits, and thin with dino, kerosene, or home heating fuel depending on what's cheapest.

This is what got me started:
dse in truck 04-05 CTD - TDR Roundtable

There's alot of different blends and formulas, and each truck reacts differently, so experimentation is necessary.
Tom.

I'd run it, maybe add some 2 stroke oil to it though. Run a few gallons at a time. If nothing odd happens double what you had run before. If it starts to run odd top off the tank with #2 and drive it that way. I think you should be fine but it will clean out the tank and lines so be prepared to replace the fuel filter.

They speak about it here, POWERSTROKEHELP.COM - The Information Source for Ford Power Stroke Diesel Owners
