WVO on idi?

I was thinking about getting a 7.3 idi and want to run veggie oil but i have some questions. What I was thinking was use veggie in one tank and diesel in the other, and running diesel for like 30 second or so on start ups and shut downs. But how do yall filter your oil? And I think it has to be de watered too? What kind of equipment would I need to set up a filter station (and how much $)? And how do you heat your oil when its in the trucks fuel tank?
