Spend spend spend, that's what the governments do. Now they have painted themselves into a corner, allowing the economy to tank like it has, has driven more and more people to use alternative means of travel. Therefore, demand is waaay down, because they wanted to see how much America would pay to fuel their cars and trucks, the breking point if you will. Now they have to eat crow... greedy bastards are in real trouble now, which takes the people of those greedy officials with it.
