Custom alum. veggie tank done!

Just got back from my welder and picking up my veggie tank I had them build. All the fittings and holes for my return lines and sending unit and hot fox... time to plumb and install!

It's about 41 gallons and going to fit under the bed between the frame rails, totally clean, you won't even know it's there without looking under the truck.

Above the driveshaft? Seems like a tight fit.

not above the driveshafts, behind the rear axle (mine is a long bed). You're right CHenry, no mounting tabs welded to it. I'm going to wait until I get my fittings and hot fox and sender all mounted then bring it back to have some straps made. You don't want to weld tabs to the aluminum because over time they'll weaken and eventually you're nice tank will end up on the ground :-(

I agree.

Use some straps Excursion style and you'll be good to go for many miles...
