B100 and 6.0 injectors

I have a '07 F250 6.0 and was using commercial B100 for most of the spring and summer with no problems, one day the truck started running rough and shuddering while driving. The turbo would not spool up past 20 and it would not go over 55 at times. Took it to the dealer and they replaced all of the injectors on one side under warranty with no questions and not much explanation. Are the injectors prone to failure or is the bio and 6.0 not compatible? Changed filters after about 4 tanks as truck was running a little sluggish. Thanks for any and all help.

You were running commercially manufactured bio? Bought from same place each time?

i hate to ask the obvious, but i'll hate myself if i dont.

Did you check the fuel filter? A summer of B100 would most certainly cause a filter to get clogged with all the petro-diesel crap as it is cleaned from the fuel system.

I am glad it was under warranty, but the symptoms you've described were exactly what I experienced when my 7.3L fuel filter plugged after a few tanks of bio. I can't help wonder if the dealership hosed themselves.

Yeah, I changed them out and the old ones were still new looking. Made no difference in how it ran though.
