ideal vegistroke candidate
I'm new to this forum, and would be interested to learn what vehicles make the best candidates for conversion to WVO. I drove an 04 250 with the 6.0L today. I will be driving an excursion with the 7.3 tomorrow. I'm early in the process and would welcome any guidance the community can provide me.
Many thanks, Eddie |

Lots of 6.0 and 7.3 vegistokes out there. I have an 04 with just over 10,000 miles on vegi and the grin still hasn't left my face. Lots of 7.3 diehards out there but the 6.0 seems to do very well with the proper kit like a vegistroke. I have a mechanic buddy who is a diehard 7.3 guy - he just drove mine tonight and almost shat himself. He couldn't believe how well it ran and all on vegi. Have you been over to the new Vegistroke website and forum? Lots of good information over there too. I am currently keeping my eyes open for an X to convert for my wife. Clay Henry was one of the original 6.0 Vegistroke installs and he has logged a bunch of miles and is very helpful. Feel free to ask away? I know I did and still do

Go with the 7.3. No leaking heads, 500,000 miles no problem, no turbo issues.
