Fuel line on 2003 7.3 diesel

I am in the process of converting my truck to veggie. Can anyone tell me if the return to tank line that is next to the fuel pump on the rail is high pressure. I am using a pollack switching unit and you can not hook up lines over 60 psi to it

The return line on the fra rail next to the OEM diesel pump i not pressurized at all beyond normal line restriction, maybe a few PSI. On the Supply side however that very's greatly from 55psi to 75psi from the Factory. Spec says 54 plus or minus 3, but reality says 55-75.
