Progress Update

Well, I dove in some time back after a couple months of reading , and started learning to make bio in an appleseed setup. With the help of some on here , and Mr. Graydon Blair, I have come a long way!! LOL!! At this point, I have not bought fuel since my first batch. I hav put as of tonight 126 gallons in my truck. All with no problems whatsoever. Changed 1 fuel filter. Have made 160ish gallons of finished product. Kinda getting my own little process working by learning from each batch. It is fun, and sometimes a challenge depending on your oil source. LOL. I just went to the SSS on my fuel and came back on it too!! Carried 30 gallons in 5 gallon cans. That was a little goal of mine that I managed to accomplish. Had to make 2 batches in 5 days, but I got it done. Just wanted to post and let you guys know Im still brewin!

Nice! How many washes are you doing?
How do you tell if you are done washing?

When wash water and shakem up are soap free, I transfer to the dry tank and dry the batch. Normally I do the first wash as I pump into the wash tank(up thru 6 inches of water). 2 mist washes, and 2 bubble washes od 4-6 hours each. I usually start the bubbler when I leave for work, and change the water when I come home for lunch.

No dino, but because of the difference in ignition temperature, power is down somewhat. Just dont know how much.
