Which autometer fuel gauge with Vegistroke Kit?

Hey Clay, I read over on the DFA forum that you have an autometer fuel gauge for your Vegi tank.

Do you know which model we need? I have the ultralite gauges and autometer has 5 of the short sweep electric gauges with different ohm ratings for empty and full. Any idea which one we need?

I would just call up vegistroke but I feel bad calling them so many times. Figured if anyone knew it would be you clay and also didnt PM because I figured others would be able to read this and buy a different gauge if they like.

I'm thinking that for what you paid, and I am about to pay, there should be a hotline

Optx, I believe either Wilson or Elvia over on the DFA forums swapped out their gauge and might can help you out.

I searched for the thread, but couldn't find it.

HI Marv,

Thanks, I got in touch with John of DFA again and got the info.

They have used the autometer 4316 ultralite shortsweep fuel gauge with 240ohms empty and 33 ohms full.

Im sure any other gauge with the 240/33 rating should work.

I ran my truck about 20 miles yesterday and today on vegi and things are going great. Smooth transition, no leaks, and no other problems.

Once again kudos to the guys at DFA for being very helpful.
