i would be leary of that one...says the impeller is thermoplastic resin???

Try this one, i have this pump and its a good one so far. For the price you can't go wrong. Not self priming so mount it lower than your oil barrel and you won't have a problem.

The Northern Industrial pump is pretty much a standard in home wvo/bio use. I new to this but there are a couple of things that concern me about this pump. It seems I saw somewhere a spec that stated this was only rated to 104 degrees F. I would thing that an issue but am not sure. Also the input/output ports on this bump are NPS and not NPT. To hook it up right you need adapters which I have only found 1 source for so far or you have to teflon tape the crap out of it and hope it doesn't leak.

The pump the op mentioned is 1" NPT and rated to 158 degrees F. I'm not so sure the impeller is that big of an issue. Just some other thoughts on the matter.

My northern tool pump is NPT and i use it to pump from my cold filtered storage tote so my tank on the truck so for this application, its fine.

with the thermal protection, i can at least walk away for 20 mins at a time.
