Now as far as trucks being damaged by bio, I have discussed this with Scuffy, and some others, and have come to the conclusion that bad bio is just that, bad bio. Not finished, full of soap, fatty acids, etc. Looked good but wasnt tested, things of that nature. Well, if you dont test, you dont know, and if you dont know, you hurt the truck.
What are you using for a mist head to wash your bio? I just ordered some fogg-it nozzles from graydon hoping that it will help me with my many washes..

How are you testing to make sure that the bio is clean? just waiting for clear water to come out?

I know the lift pump problems associated with running to high of a ratio. It was about $700 for the job and i was out a truck for a but too. I'd stick with around 30 in the summer. I have no problems that way. If you start to feel it loosing pressure you know the ratio is to high

Using the mist system from Grayden , and yes, clear water. I had good luck with 3 mists washes(2-4 hrs each) and settling for an hour or so, and then bubblewashing 3 times- 6-8 hours each with a settling time of 2-4 hours each. I may not have to do that many this time because I was "fixing" my screw up on the last one. LOL!!

Best to mist wash initially; bubble washing first up can trigger emulsification if your brew is not quite up to scratch.
