Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but there is no way to dewater oil on the fly ....heat and settle is about your only choice.

I am installing this new oil filter inline---(Racor Diesel Fuel Separator)----
It will do 75gph and it was only 99$. This will do what i need it to do. I hope!
If that does not work than i will use the dual set up they have.

i was just wondering what kind of mpg you can get using the vegi oil?

Buddy, I hate to tell you this but theres not a filter on the market that will take out suspended water, emusified in oil....at least none that I have ever read about anywhere. I'm not talking about free water, thats different. But suspended, emulsified water has to settle out v be vacumed out.
Please don't fry those injectors because your running watery oil.

Here is an interesting link that explaines vegi versus diesel and the power you get from both in the 1/4 mile run. According to this, there is hardly any difference in the two. I would expect fuel milage to be very close as well based on this.
