foamy wvo

My "clean" wvo has foamy bubbles on top, what does that mean? should i still use it? its been sitting for about a month

99.5/01 F250 SD 4x4 SOF ext. cab short bed
90,000 on the engine and 253 on the truck
aftermarket:
Intake(DIY/TYMAR)
Foil Delete...(no difference noticed)...
Tires
Tint
Gooseneck hitch
Tow package
Headlights
Exhaust(kat and muffler delete)
2" leveling kit by AAA spring(local)
tranny w/triple disc tq
edge juice w/attitude
where has all my mileage gone....

It's hard to say. I once had foaming bubbles and I reheated the drum as I stirred the top. Once cooled they vanished. Another thought. Perhaps a biocide is called for?

I hope its not soap... that will kill your injectors fast!

maybe you can mist wash it to remove the suds?
