What problems can I expect?

I have been ramping up the percentage of Biodiesel that I am running in my 7.3 powerstroke. Other than initial filter problems what other problems can I expect? I am upto 50% with no problems, not even filter blocking [ I recently did the hutch mod and cleaned the tank at the same time. I also fitted an extra filter with water trap, pre lift pump]. I did read somewhere where the fuel return line can suffer when useing Bio.
I am about to set off on a lengthy trip and want to try and avoid any problems whilst away.

I wouldnt expect any issues. I'm going to buy a FASS(once I replace my turbo and intercooler).
