Took mine apart today with some friends, and the crap they used to make it is already corroding away (no wonder it quit producing good), so we are looking for some better stainless to build the whole deal out of, should have it done in a few days and I will get some pics posted of the better, finished product. Whatever you do don't use PVC and dont use stainless steel light switch covers, heat killed the PVC and the switch covers corroded away in three weeks. As far as damage to the engine I can't see how it does, you are putting 2 parts hydrogen and 1 part PURE oxygen in for a better burn with your fuel, my EGT's went down 150 degrees, I have less smoke (my trucks is turned way up too) and it will run with our '06 6.0. I just know with out it the truck just feels dull and sluggish. When I get a better generator I will post some pics!

What AFBLUE said. A link to plans would be really nice or at least pics. I have access to any size or shape and grade of stainless you can imagine and a complete fab facility, we custom build commercial bakery equipment. How long does this distilled water last per fill, say a gallon at a time for instance? I'm all about saving where I can, my wife and I both drive psd's. How do these work with tuners? I've been looking at a sct tuner to help her 6.0, my DP helped my 99 if you stay off the skinny pedal.

This one claims 147% increase on a V10. 9.5 MPG to start and now 23.5 MPG.

I would love to see that increase on my 6.0 PSD

I found plans that are very spelled out (17 pages) on smacks booster, I googled that and it comes up. Explains theory, has diagrams and photos. I am building a new unit as we speak.

Where do you have it connected at the intake?

At the air filter?
Before the intercooler?
After the intercooler?

THanks...thats what I figured out after I did more research.

I looked at the Smacks thing.....seems his setup should put out about 1.7lpm of HHO at the max......from my research is seems that with engines of our size to see any real benefits that you would need more like 3-4lpm of HHO.

Have you read the same thing?

I am very interested in this....thinking of doing it on my 7.3 I already run it on 100% bio, so could you imagine the cost of driving if I picked up even 50% in mileage, and I am only spending abotu $1.25 a gallon to make the fuel....lol
