Contracts for suppliers?

I knew this would happen sometime but not this soon...I've been collecting 45 gallons of oil a week from my suppliers and a company out of the city(60 miles away!) has come in and "stole" 2 of my suppliers, paying out under contract between nothing and 20dollars a barrel! This same company is selling B100 for 6 bucks a gallon!!!! Just wondering if anyone else out there is under contract, could use some ideas on wording. Thanks

I talked to Jason at DFA about this same issue and he said he was working on something with his legal folks. In the future he will be able to provide a generic contract for DFA customers to use with their suppliers.
