That seems like a lot to go through but I just found a source for WVO that goes through between 120-200 gals every week. Right now they are running 6 fryers at 10gals each and come Sept. it goes to 10 fryers. They change their fryers out twice a week. Best thing is it is all at one place and I really don't have to even go out of my way to collect it. I have arranged to haul away all of the WVO from the cafeteria at the University where I work. Right now they have 150gals they want me to get rid of asap. I am going to need some big storage tanks in the garage for this stuff. I am looking into that right now. I haven't decide whether I want to go to a Vegistroke setup or go into biodiesel production. I am leaning toward biodiesel because I really don't want the extra tank an bs that goes with it in my truck bed. Where do you find 55gal drums?

Now you are approaching the volumes that I have enjoyed for a couple years. I will try to get some pix up of my trailer and centrifuge set up later tonight time permitting.
The trailer handles 550 gallons at a time, and I have seen it load 275 gallons from an IBC tote in about 7 minutes, using a 5.5 hp trash pump and 1.5 inch lines. The centrifuge does 8gph/192 GPD effectively and am very pleased with the results. Approximate total gallons thru it exceeds ten thousand. Total space to house the unit is about 9 feet by 12 and 10 feet high.
As far as storage, get some IBC totes and a pallet jack. They work very well for transport and storage.
As far as using a 12 volt pump, spare yourself the headache and go to a gas powered trash pump and agricultural hose. If your time is valuable you will like the GPM the 5.5 HP pump is the way to go. Also for what it is work, I pull a 30 foot hose so parked cars and tight spaces are not a problem. A small electric pump will not perform well in a cold climate, if you are having to deal with that. In the winter I have to deal with sub ZERO temps while collecting.

I have been looking at pumps and didn't really want to spend the money for a gas powered pump right now. Currently the WVO is inside the loading dock area of the Cafeteria so I don't think the cold is going to be a problem for me. I was also figuring that with a 15gpm pump it would only take me 15 minutes or so to do the transfer. I am sure that as I go along I will want to do this as quickly as possible so maybe I'll just bite the bullet and get a gas pump as you suggest. Expect a pm from me when I get home. It's time to leave work now.

First pic:
Here's my collection trailer...two 275 gallon IBC totes, 5.5 HP pump, 30' hose on a 6,000 LB trailer.

Second pic:
Rear discharge, unloading to overhead 300 gallon tank that feeds the centrifuge.
