Is anyone working on bio - diesel for the 6.4.
I have a 96 7.3 and an 08 6.4
With the price of diesels today I'll buy an Ex for the wife
and make my own bio - diesel.
I know I can run it in the 7.3 and the 6.0 but I haven't seen
anything on the 6.4.

You know , that is a great question. I bought an 08 a few weeks ago. I'm thinking the same thing.

Well to an extent you can. The DPF system is picky and your fuel economy will be terrible. If you delete the DPF and regen you will be much better off, but if your not willing to do so, I'd stick within a B50-B70 range. I would proably start out at B20 and work my way up from there. I dont own an 08 but I have made fuel for DPF trucks. So far no issues with the Mid-level blends.

Yeah there nice, but they are pricy.
