bio-diesel

Of course I have no idea if any of you folks have heard of DIESEL SECRET ENERGY so I thought I had better bring it up on the FORUM for discussion. What I understand about this product is that you can burn used veggie oil with out making any modifications to your engine[ABSOLUTLY NONE]The cost is about $.46 a gallon.I'mm not going to go into any more detail here,I am going to give you this address and let you research it for your selves, then we should have adiscussion about it's possible merits.I am pretty ignorant when it comes to diesel engines that is why I have come to the forum. You people are great at helping guys like me out without putting us in the poor house.I have a 95 ford PSD ex cab 250 4x4.and I don' mind telling you that this sounds very interesting.YHe address to contract is dieselsecret.com you will find a lot of information here.I look forward to hearing from you folks soon.thanks for listening.

i have looked into it some but never used it. Its snake oil in my opinion.
I have talked to a couple guys that are running it and they think its working fine but they had very few miles of use with it so they hadn't proven anything yet.
A couple other guys i talked to tryed it and had problems.
That all i really know.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

do the powerstrokes have mechanical or electronic injectors? i's asking because mechanical ones typically take more abuse and this stuff might work ok in a p-pumped cummins or older 7.3. but i would think the electronic injectors and the like would have issues with this stuff. especially if it's thicker than diesel. the gelling issue isn't cool though.

powerstrokes have esentually a "electrica/mechanical" injector. The high pressure oil mechanically functions them, but they are electrically fired......
