Can I use regular diesel on 2011 f-250 powerstroke?

Hello,

Can some one help me with this?

I'm from kuwait and i'm planning to order 2011 ford f-250 powerstroke from the united states. And i'm facing one problem which is we don't have Ultra low sulfur diesel here in kuwait.

So, is it possible to use regular diesel or low sulfur diesel Instead of ultra low sulfur diesel on this truck?

If no, what is your recomendations for me?

My GUESS is that it will just go through DEF more quickly as it should fill the DPF quicker. Whether or not it will hurt any more than that, I don't know.

With all the sulfur I would imagine it would run to dirty for the emission equipment. Perhaps buy one from mexico if possible (maybe hard since your overseas) as last I heard those don't come with the urea or dpf and maybe no egr. Or just buy one from here and delete all the garbage like it should be.
