What to add to diesel?

Trying to find out what is a good additive to add to my fuel. I use Power Service Diesel 911 and Diesel Kleen. Is there any other additives that are better or do more to help with mpg and power?
Should I use anything in the trans, transfer case and axle housings?

Thanks

I use Stanadyne. I've heard it's the best from a few people

I use Motorcrafts Cetane Booster in my truck. I've noticed smoke coming out if the filler neck two times that I've use it now though, also does it with Diesel Kleen. Other than the smoke, no noticeable gains lol!
