Opinions on Rev-x Distance+ vs. Opti-Lube XDP

I've read good things about both, but the Rev-X has a higher cetane point increase. Has anyone used either or both, not together, and have a recomendation.

I used the Rev X winter version. Absolutely loved the stuff. Made my winter blend run just like summer in below zero temps

I've never used Opti, but I used Rev-x and loved the way the truck ran, sounded, and the fuel economy I got out of it.
