There are alot of guys running WMO/ATF/ whatever. I know just because someone is doing something doesn't mean it works but the more I read the more it makes me wonder.
Anyway to the OP how confident are you in running WMO/ATF? How many miles do you have on it? If you are confident in your choice of fuel then I don't see why 100hp injectors would be any better or worse then stock ones. If you are still in the "trial" stage with your fuel I would not spend the money on new injectors.
If you do decide to get new injectors would you be willing to post pics of your present sticks when you take them out? It would be interesting to see what sticks look like after running WMO.
Personally I would not invest in new sticks. I would instead put some of that money into a water injection system. I would be concerned that running WMO/ATF is leaving unburn deposits in your combustion chambers & WI is a really good cleaner. You can also make power with WI if you use Meth.
