Using 3/8" and 1/4" lines for main oil and then purge lines.
Are the fittings that have barbs and high pressure injector clamps ok to use for this, or do I need something else? Will they hold the 75lb of pressure?
It's not what I use, but I don't see a problem as long as your lines are also high pressure.
What I did was go with -AN fittings and push lock hose, no hose clamps needed. The cool thing with -AN fittings is that you can take them off for maintenance without concern of ruining anything.
Ok so a little heads up.
-4AN=1/4"
-6AN=3/8"
-8AN=1/2"
-10AN=5/8"
-12AN=3/4"
For a fuel system my whole truck Diesel and WVO is all parker blue push-lok hose. Diesel is -8AN and splits to -6AN to the heads while wvo is -6AN and -4AN to the back of the heads. Parker pushlok is all 300 psi rated and some is high temp rated. All there fitting can be purchased in NPFT to AN, AN to -#AN Barbed. All their barbed fittings do not need hose clamps. If you do the extra pressure will cause the barbs to cut through the hose. If you havent used push lok hose yet you will see why when you put some fitting together.
Jegs also has their own version of Pushlok hose. Makes it easy to attach different fitting, chop sections, or splice in new fittings.
Here is some picture of my fuel system.
I cut the hoses a little short before i wrapped them with insulation and so i had to get a splice for the suction and return hose
