It would be interesting to see em stick my bed tank....full of used fry oil!
The look on there face would be a kodak moment when I took a lick off the stick and said, "taste like chicken!"

So is there any way for the cops to know that the truck is running off the farm fuel, w/o pulling one over and testing it?

Be assured if you run a diesel, there is always a chance to get pulled over. Esp. if it's used commercially. the amount you would save by using red is small compaired to the fines.

The other thing about this red diesel that makes it different is the cut. I believe the over the road stuff is refined alittle more.We used to run #2 heating oil in our backhoes, excavators, and Autocar 10 wheelers. At that time heating fuel was a lot cheaper than at the pump diesel. I believe this started to cut down on emissions on otr trucks.

Yeah, I didnt know about the 400 gallons/year rule.....I run B100 EVERYWHERE I go........just add seafoam to it to keep it from jelling. I run through about 100 gallons a week with the work to home commute. So, thats roughly 5200 gallons/year. F-That!! Im not paying them on 4800 gallons of fuel! Never will!

Do you produce it yourself or buy it?? If you buy it you already paid road taxes on it but if you produce it you have to pay somthin like 4 cents/gallon in road taxes
