2 Stroke Oil or Not!!
Looking to find out you if anyone on this blog is using it, has or has stopped, won't, won't stop, loves it, hates it, what ever your opinion. I am interested in hearing it. Seems to be an interesting topic that could stir up some discussion.
Thanks |

SO!!! does running two of these products together compound your lubricity? I am running the stanadyne formula for cetane and 2 stroke for lube. Do they help each other for more impact?

just run 2 stroke and call it good.
I dont believe the big study (or at least MY truck does not...) I get b5 from my truck stop and that should be enough to make my injectors happy right? well not MY truck. I still (usually) add 1 oz per gal of 2 stroke and my truck is much happier. I say run 2 stroke! |

I run 1 oz 2-stroke for ever gallon of fill-up. I take a 32 oz water bottle, fill 8oz of Diesel Kleen (grey bottle) and the remaining 24oz with 2-stroke. That is my ****tail mix. (funny - the forum website automatically stars out the c o c k tail part of the word)
I figure I fill up on average around 20-24 gallons - so this mix works well for me. Been using it for years. Truck is happier with it. |

if i run two stroke, i run one 16 oz bottle per fill up. I dont notice much difference with or without the 2stroke in the tank.
