Suggestions on FPHE and electric line heaters

My switchover times right now equals to about 8 miles at 70 degree weather. I know I need a FPHE because my oil hovers right at 160ish at its hottest. I would lso like to add something like a vegtherm injector line heaters possibly. Any suggestions and if so any pictures of where your FPHE is mounted?

thanks

I would not recommend a veg therm. I ran one in my truck for awhile and the poly buildup is significant. If you choose to run one, make sure you put it prefilter to catch any poly chunks and plan on pulling it for maintenance every six months or so.

I installed my FPHE in the engine valley. I pulled the stock fuel bowl and mounted it vertically on L brackets using the bolt holes for the fuel bowl. Works great and the fuel goes straight into the front ports from there.

Sure thing. Here is a link to pics of my FPHE install. I purchased it from Rover Hybrids. Get the biggest FPHE you can and insulate it. You won't regret that choice.

Electric fuel system upgrade on veg conversion.

If and when I need to replace mine ill get one from omar also. I like the idea of putting it in the valley.
