ford additive
just bought some ford additives and noticed on the bottle it states , contains kerosene. so my question is has anybody ever used straight kerosene. we have undyed stuff here in va. thanks.

Kerosene is used to lower the gel point of the diesel for cold weather. there are other ingredients in the additives for lubricity and cetane

Could you run a kerosene/vegtable oil mix to accomplish the same thing?
