Winterized rice bran oil?
On my last VO pickup I noticed a few cubies are labeled winterized rice bran oil.
What makes it winterized? Anything to be concerned about?

It is salad oil.
 I would never, ever sell that to my customer knowing they would use it for frying. That is a time bomb in a fryer. Very low flash point. Less than 400* IMHO Last edited by vegginpsd; 05-25-2010 at 06:16 PM. Reason: clarity
