New to Deisel
we are starting to do a lot of towing with our horses, and are considering buying a 2008 F350 with 32k miles. It is a powerstroke 6.4 turbo. In doing research and talking to other horse owners, I am undecided whether or not to use a fuel additive. I've looked at the Stanadyne web site and the web site for diesel fuel boost. The other horse owners have used both and are going with diesel fuel boost the claim the are getting 2-3 mpg more when they use it. I have never owned a diesel before. So any feedback would be appreciated

I run an additive a couple tanks a year, but I don't know anything about the 6.4s. You could try posting in the 6.4 forum
