Great read. Nice to see Diesel Power giving bio some press! I can't wait to get some warmer weather so that I can start running higher percentages. Right now it's costing me (not counting time, which basically consists of 2 saturday afternoons a month) about $0.70 a gallon to produce bio since we all chip in. At 20% I use about 8 gallons per week. I really need to do some more experimentation with higher concentrations and low temperatures/mixing with different anti-gels. I'll post results when I get 'em.

I am still buying bio, but fortunatly here, I can run B99 year round.
Should be producing soon, but the chinese rest. we thought was gonna be good turned out to titrate out at 10, ugh! Now we have a fish rest. that we are gonna pull a sample from and hope for lower titration numbers. |
