COE is a must in England. 90% of the roads a conventional tractor couldnt drive down, and back around stuff.

Freightliner sill builds the COE. 99% are right hand drive, going to Europe and Australia. The ones going to Australia, were huge. Twin steer axles, and usually 4 150 gallon tanks. We built some with the new CAT motor....Dual snorkle air intakes, Twin exhaust, Aux cooler ( small radiator) under the ls of the cab. 1 of maybe 10 would actually drive off of the line. They were a pain to build...and the engenering issues...aint even gonna try to list.

The aussies get all the cool trucks now. Sounds like a typical freightliner to me with the engineering problems. They quite making good trucks when they ditched the FLD cab. I thought that was the nicest cab of any freightliner.

Looks equal to a 330-345

So 30-40 ton range. + the trailer.

Chuck, why do they need snorkels, I can't believe them taking a semi into water that deep.

All those Australian land trains have snorkels. I believe that it's due to the dusty road conditions. With the snorkel up high it takes in clean air from above the truck as opposed to the dusty air at normal intake level. That's my guess
