Yep, I know...This thread's popped up a billion times, but since I'm never in the big rig category, Imma ask anyway: What does CB stand for?

I never knew, either! & the sad part is: I've owned 3 CBs(2 Cobras, 1 Realistic, w/ power mics, towers, etc.), with a 6' whip, & also a Realistic base for my old house with a 15' house antenna....

I hear you! Wish I had one on the service truck I had to take from RI to FL. Back then, I had no idea you had to stop @ weigh stations with an F-550....

that just funny.... every thing on that list has a book that will say in it somewhere "citizens band".
guess you read the owners manuals less than I do. lol

Nope. They don't come with manuals when you get 'em from flea markets.
