a question for owner ops
Okay here is the deal I have a construction company I own and go to ATL to pick up material and bring to STL, I have F250 and a 20' gn deckover with a 5' dove. My question is how do I go about getting a load down to ATL? I have a DOW styrofoam plant 15mins away, and don't know who or how to contact to get a load.
I already have a DOT# and truck and trailer have been inspected by the Commercial Vehicl Safety Alliance. I know I will need an MC# and a Missouri DOT#, oh and I have 1 million worth of commercial vehicle insurance. Any help will be appreciated, thanks Pat. |

This is kinda old but, Look up the Phone # for Dow, ask for the shipping dept...talk to the shipping manager and see if they'll give you a load, or the information of the company that does their hauling, you might have to work out a deal with them..

I don't know if they are still around, but you may want to try "Get Loaded" and see what you can find. CLICK HERE: ==> Getloaded.com - The Internet Load Board for the Trucking Industry Good luck!! |
