anyone no how to turn up the pump on a dt360

i have a costumers truck that has a older mech. dt 360 in it. they brought it to me compiling about no power especially when climbing hills EMPTY forget about it with a load on it, they have had the truck since new and said it wasn't always like this. the truck runs fine and is serviced regularly, turning up the pump or having it rebuilt is all that i can think of. so i thought i would ask

Turning up the fuel screw is a lot easier than replacing the pump. You can even remove the screw all together, if you really want to make an impression.
